Sober - Calvinistic heritage

I recently discovered Sober, a Dutch fashion label with an intriguing SS'12 campaign
Subtle details on elegant garments
Inspired by American painter Rothko
Geometric shapes, structured jackets and shirts and soft block colours
Femenine and strong
50's with a twist

  1. That girl should eat more. I hate when fashion shows this anorexic girls, its a shame for all of us and, as much we can, We need to stop giving them popularity even if its cool to show in a personal blog..

    1. Nobody is trying to be cool here. This blog is about fashion, style, new brands and designers, and it's not my objective to give popularity to any kind of model (as you can see from the variety of pictures shown in the posts).

  2. i have to say she eats quite a lot! she is Roos Bouhis, she doesn't have an eating disorder of any sort... she is tall (1.80) but I wouldn't say her skinny complexion is extreme, she is not curvy but not bonnie either... this particular shot (pale, photographed from the floor) makes her look skinnier than usual... but she is 84/78/93 - you can check her here http://www.joymodels.com/Models/1-5982/roos-bouhuis.html#

  3. Laura, thanks for the info. And I agree that anorexia shouldn't be encouraged by the fashion industry.
